The Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) programme empowers graduates with essential HR knowledge, skills, and competencies to facilitate excellence in managing and developing talent in the Asia and global context. With a dual emphasis on theory and practice, the programme is designed for aspiring young graduates, practicing HR professionals, and line managers who seek an advanced education in HRM. Other than formal classes, workshops and professional development seminars are organised to enhance our students’ and alumni’s HR knowledge and skills.
In addition, the MHRM programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Europe's largest professional institute for HRM and HR development. MHRM students who register as CIPD student members will have their degree recognised as CIPD Advanced Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources qualification and that automatically leads to the CIPD Associate membership after graduation.
| “I would recommend this MHRM programme to those who are interested in HR. It's a good chance to open their eyes to all the things that their company may not be doing so well and how they can make even minor changes which have large effects.”|
